![]() Well, Microsoft has known this for a long time and is reacting to this by changing the licensing and pricing of Dynamics 365 to make it more ala-carte and let customers subscribe to what they need. One of the reasons is that it is complex enough to get just these main foundational items well adopted, most don't make it very far beyond those core use cases. ![]() Most all other usage is of custom entities and functionality built for your specific business. If you are stellar you are using Opportunity and Cases, maybe Marketing. Think about it, I bet you use Lead (maybe), Account, Contact and Activities (if you are really good). Something else I can tell you, you are paying for 100% of the features within your license. I have been in the partner channel for Microsoft CRM, now called Dynamics 365 for over 16 years and I can tell you one thing for sure - absolutely no company uses more than 30-40%% of the features of Dynamics 365 or any other CRM system.
